If you're exhausted, overwhelmed, or just looking for real support while caring for kids—whether you're a parent, grandparent, educator, aide, nanny, or family friend—you belong here.
All neurotypes, backgrounds, identities, and family structures are actively welcomed. You don't have to "fit" any mold. You just need curiosity, a desire for genuine support, and a hope for more ease in your caregiving journey.
First of its kind in Okotoks: A neurodivergence-affirming, body-based community program designed specifically for those supporting children and families.
Not just another support group: This is not about fixing anyone, forced sharing, or prescriptive growth. We build capacity, model resilience, and practice authentic self-care, together.
Deep wisdom, practical tools: Every session translates nervous system stories—stress, joy, burnout, belonging—into usable, everyday skills. You leave with tools, not just talk.
For the whole system: When you grow, your child, family, and community witness and learn by example. Real change happens not by discipline, but through demonstration.
Every session incorporates our five foundational pillars—Root, Repattern, Reframe, Relate, and Rhythm—helping you build sustainable capacity in all areas of your life.
Arrival & check-in: Permission to be fully yourself, regulated or not. There's no "right way" to show up.
Practical weekly topic—always relevant (think: managing transitions, setting boundaries, navigating sensory overwhelm, finding mini-moments of rest).
Somatic practice for every body: Guided movement, breath, co-regulation, and nervous system-friendly routines—always adapted to comfort, ability, and need.
Integration: Each member receives reflection prompts, rituals, and take-home strategies designed for real life and offered without expectation.
Ongoing support: Member-only online library, group chat, Q&A sessions, and resources for in-between weeks.
Optional respite childcare: Supervised by The Point, with staff trained in inclusive, high-needs, and neurodivergent support. Advance registration requested; FSCD-eligible.
