1:1 Somatic Nervous System Sessions

Personal, practical sessions for overwhelmed, sensitive, and neurodivergent nervous systems


Old models tell us to suppress, override, or “fix” stress. But your body isn’t the problem—it’s a source of information and wisdom. In these sessions, we gently decode how your nervous system is responding, so you can respond with more skill and less struggle in everyday life.

These sessions are especially supportive for neurodivergent adults, parents, caregivers, and sensitive humans who are carrying a lot for others while also trying to manage their own nervous systems. You don’t have to arrive calm or “put together.” You can come exactly as you are.


What might a session look like?

  • You arrive as you are—frazzled, hopeful, numb, anxious, shut down, or unsure. All of you is valid here.

  • We check in about what’s happening in your life and body, and name what feels most important to tend to in that session.

  • We explore somatic practices—awareness, movement, breath, orienting, or micro-practices—adapted to your needs, sensory profile, and capacity that day.

  • We translate what you experience into simple, realistic tools you can bring into parenting, work, relationships, and daily life.

  • You leave with a bit more understanding of your nervous system and at least one or two practices you can experiment with between sessions.


No pretending, no pressure—just a place to be curious, to notice, and to gently practice new options. You set the pace. This is about adding choice and support, not taking anything away.


This work is not about becoming someone else. It’s about learning the language your body has been speaking all along, and using it to make your life feel more manageable, connected, and authentically yours.

Right now, while I complete my final immersion training, I’m offering reduced-rate sessions to make this work more accessible:

  • Single 1:1 Somatic Nervous System Session: $95

  • 6-session Held Container: $510 (found here)

My regular rate will be $140 per session beginning in May, when I start offering in-person sessions through Wild Heart Wellbeing. If you’ve been considering this kind of support, now is a gentler entry point.
When rates shift in May, I’ll also be introducing tiered pricing (standard, supported, and supporter rates) so this work can remain as accessible and sustainable as possible. You’ll be able to choose the tier that best reflects your current financial reality—no application or proof required
